Chippewa Falls boys(2-11, 3-19) led Eau Claire Memorial(12-1, 18-4) 26-20 in the latter part of the first half before a surge from the Old Abes gave them a 34-32 lead at intermission. Chi High kept it a one possession game for the majority of the second half, even taking back the lead at 49-48, before the Abes regained it at 51-49 and never trailed again going on to a 61-53 road win.

Mason Monarski's torrid 3-point shooting powered the Cards in the first half, as he finished with 20 points and 3 rebounds. On Senior night one of the two players Chi High will be losing(the other is Dominiek Quigley), Keion Twyman, shone brightly, especially in the 2nd half, finishing with 15 points and 6 rebounds.
