The Macks(5-0, 2-0) led 46-0 after the first quarter, 53-0 at the half, and ultimately won their Saturday afternoon homecoming gave over Cornell(0-5, 0-2), 59-0 at Dorais Field. Six different players scored a total of nine TD's for the Macks. In addition to shutting out the Chieftans the McDonell D also recovered four fumbles and picked off two passes(David Anderson & Ryder Sullivan).
The Macks now prepare for a road game Friday night at 7 at New Auburn, the only other team with an undefeated conference record in the CWC-West.
WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch: Junior, David Anderson had a huge afternoon, scoring three TDs on two passes from Grant Smiskey, and a 40 yard punt return. Freshman, Isaac Crawford, also had a break out day running for 151 yards on five carries, including TD runs of 76 and 40 yards. Senior, Miles Flanagan, caught Smiskey's first of three 1st Quarter TD passes. Dawson Moulton, Eli Stepp, and Alan Meinen also ran in TDs for McDonell.
