This week we bring you highlights from this week's public information session held by the Eau Claire Area School District on its lawsuit over funding. The ECASD is one of five districts suing the State Legislature claiming the state has failed to meet its constitutional duty to provide equal educational opportunities. They allege years of underfunding has shifted the burden of paying for public schools to taxpayers.
