Eau Claire County Families Mourn the Death of Dolly Parton--Jennifer Eddy, the Executive Director of The Family Resource Center at Oakwood Mall tells us how children & families in Eau Claire are grieving the passing of Dolly Parton as more than 70-thousand books have been delivered locally since 2022 through her Imagination Library program. We also hear from Eau Claire author, Katie Venit, whose first book, "Fort," was chosen by the program and sent out to 700-thousand kids.
Plus, Toni Mattson of Trinity Equestian Center talks about international speaker, Paul Butler, coming to their Sept. 12th "Strength Through Service Summit." Finally, Apple Pregnancy Care Center Executive Director, Mackenzie Jensen, fills us in on their Apple "Walk for Life" the same day at Owen Park in Eau Claire.
