Long scoring droughts early in both halves really hurt the Lady Cards(4-16, 1-10) as they lost a non-conference game at home to Marshfield(14-7, 9-1).
After getting out to 3-2 lead early, CF saw Marshfield go on a 16-0 run to to grab an 18-3 advantage on their way to a 28-13 lead at the half. The Tigers then scored the first 10 points of the 2nd half as well in building a 38-13 lead on their way to a 57-31 win.
