On Aug. 13th WI primary voters will decide whether to amend the state constitution to limit the Governor's current powers and give the legislature more control over funds received by the federal govt. Those we hear from encouraging a "No" vote on both questions are Gov. Evers, State Rep. Jodi Emerson(D-Eau Claire) and Karen Vos, an Eau Claire county resident and member of the Board for WI Conservation Voters. Those we hear from encouraging a "Yes" vote on both questions include State Rep. Karen Hurd(R-Withee), State Senator Jesse James(R-Altoona) and State Rep. Rob Summerfield(R-Bloomer).
