2/1/22 Basketball: Eau Claire North-71 Chippewa Falls-53

Eau Claire North(8-11, 4-6) overcame 28 turnovers, twice as many as the Chi High girls, with great 3-point shooting in defeating the Cards for the second time this season, 71-53.

The Cards(0-20, 0-10) showed improvement in a number of areas, including breaking 50 for the first time all season.

WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch:
Juniors Ava Reuter, 15 points, and Brooklyn Sandvig, 11 points, led the way in scoring as well as hard-nosed defense, in helping the Cards play ECN much more competitively than their 30-point loss to them Dec. 3rd.
