2-22-18 Basketball Eau Claire North 68-Chi Hi 59

Chi Hi (12-10, 4-8 Big Rivers Conference) knew that Eau Claire North (19-3, 10-2 BRC) had already secured the Big Rivers title and that playoff seedings were set, but the Cardinals still had something to play for and gave it their all, falling short in the end. The boys trailed 33-28 at the break after trailing almost the whole first half.

In the second half, Chi Hi battled all the way into the lead for a brief moment, and the game was within a possession or two for much of the game's final moments before clutch free throw shooting from the Huskies gave them the win heading into postseason play.

WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch:
Senior Bryce Daniels was fantastic for the Cardinals on senior night, leading the team with 20 points. Sophomore Nick Bruder continued his late season emergence with his second highest scoring output of the season at 16 points for Chi Hi.
