An Eau Claire County Board resolution that would've required the evangelical Christian group, World Relief, to provide a financial accountability study before helping to bring 75 refugees to Eau Claire, was defeated 18-9. We hear some of the testimony that preceded the vote, four who supported the resolution and four who opposed it.
