Chippewa Valley This Week
First, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to end Alzheimer's in the Chippewa Valley raised nearly 110-thousand dollars on Saturday. Second, Greg Steward talks with Lisa Wells, a Dementia Care Specialist with Eau Claire county's Aging & Disability Resource Center, about "Creating Hope: Confronting Dementia with Meaningful Action, Sept. 28th from 9-3pm at Jacob's Well church. Finally, in part 2 of our celebration of Hope Gospel Mission's 25 years, Founder, Mark Donnelly, covers events that took place from 2006-13, including the opening of Building Hope and The Solomon Learning Center.
