2/26/19 Basketball: Stevens Point 66-Chi Hi 51

After two previous attempts to play the regional final game were thwarted by weather, Chi Hi (18-6, 11-1 Big Rivers Conference) finally took on Stevens Point (18-6, 11-1 Wisconsin Valley) on Tuesday night. The teams traded the lead back and forth like a hot potato in the first half before the Panthers led at the break by 5. The lead ballooned up to 12 before Chi Hi would cut it down to 4, but alas they would come no closer. The loss ended a magnificent season for the Lady Cards.

WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch:
Junior Caelan Givens scored 18 points in the final game of a record setting season. Junior Alexis Zenner continued a great stretch of play towards the end of the season with 15 points and double digit rebounds.
