Knowing they had to defeat an unbeaten opponent in order to extend their season, the Chippewa Falls Cardinals (4-5, 3-4 Big Rivers Conference) started with a promising drive on offense, but had no answer for the disciplined power-running game of the state-ranked Mustangs (9-0, 7-0 BRC).


WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch: Senior S Caleb Lau gamely battled through pain and recorded multiple tackles, while fellow senior RB Codie Meinen fought for every yard he could against the stout Menomonie defense.

Traveling west to brand new Raider Stadium in Hudson, the Chippewa Falls Cardinals (4-4, 3-3 Big Rivers Conference) had a promising start but couldn't sustain it against the talented and powerful Raiders (6-2, 5-1 BRC).
