In the final game of the regional, the #1 seeded McDonell Macks (23-2, 13-1 Western Cloverbelt Conference) fell behind early but gamely fought their way back and avoided a second half comeback attempt by the #4 Blackhawks (15-10, 10-6 Eastern Cloverbelt).
McDonell was led by 17 points from sophomore Hayden Baughman and 16 points from junior Alex Ohde, and juniors Grayson Knowlton and Nathan Hoglund each added 11.
