12/14/22 Basketball: McDonell Macks Boys-49 Eau Claire Regis-38
Once the Macks(6-0, 1-0) overcame an early 3-0 deficit they never trailed or were even tied the rest of the way as they won their conference opener on the road at Eau Claire Regis(0-2, 0-1), 49-38.
After trailing 25-14 at the half the Ramblers made a strong push at the start of the 2nd half cutting the Macks lead to seven at 25-18, until McDonell scored ten in a row on their way to their biggest lead of the game at 35-18.

6-3 Sr., Canan Huss, again led the way with 19 points while 5-11 Sr., "Fast" Eddie Mittermeyer dropped in 18, including 4 3-pointers.
