Back in action for the first time in 2022, the Cardinals (1-9, 1-3 Big Rivers Conference) came out of the gate well against the Tigers (3-5, 2-2 BRC), but saw their lead dwindle to just a single basket by the half.
New Richmond jumped out to a lead with a 8-0 run to begin the second half, but the Cards battled back, regaining the advantage temporarily before late points in the paint put the visitors in front for good.
