Behind a stellar performance from the Cardinals defense, which turned a double play in each of the first two innings, and a 5-hit complete game from Junior pitcher, Hannah Aldrich, the young Cards(no seniors) defeated Milwaukee Hamilton 4-2 and moved on to face Sun Prairie in the afternoon's semi-final game at UW-Green Bay.
Designated player, Camryn Fjelstad, led the Cards at the plate with her three hits, two singles, a double, and an rbi.
