Jesse James(R-Altoona), former Altoona Police and Fire Chief, discusses the tragic death of 10 year old, Iliana "Lily" Peters, and if a proposed 'Lily Alert' might be possible in the future and, if so, how might it work. We also discuss his ongoing work with the Cadott Police dept., his bid for the 23rd State Senate district, and he wishes happy birthday to State Senator, Kathy Bernier(R-Lake Hallie).
