On this 24th annual World Water Day, Dr. Todd Phillips, Founder and President of The Last Well, and Peggy Halvorsen, Executive Director of Teamwork Africa(U.S.), react to the terror attacks in Brussels, Belgium, a city and airport they have each traveled through many times in the past. And, they both discuss working together to bring the Gospel of Christ and clean water to Liberia, West Africa.
