From the opening kickoff the 6th-ranked Macks(3-1, 2-1) played with a toughness and determination that carried them to a 22-14 Homecoming win over 2nd-ranked Gilman(3-1,2-1). The win was incredibly sweet for McDonell coming off their 31-point loss last Friday at Owen-Withee. Grant Smiskey threw 3 TD passes. David Johnson caught 2 TD's and had an interception.
