Playing on the floor of the Kohl Center for the third consecutive season, the Macks (18-10, 9-5 Western Cloverbelt Conference) battled the Demons (23-5, 11-1 Trailways South) evenly for a half, then steadily pulled away in the second to guarantee a gold or silver ball for the McDonell trophy case.

Sophomore Eion Kressin had his best performance of the season at a key time, scoring a team-high 16 points while pulling down 12 rebounds.
Junior Charlie Bleskachek also notched a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds, while senior Hayden Baughman scored 9 points, added 6 rebounds, dished out 6 assists, blocked 4 shots, and had 5 steals.
