As the SCOTUS is pondering review of a gender-identity case from the Eau Claire school district we hear from ACLU of WI staff attorney, Hayley Archer, and deputy counsel for the WI Institute for Law and Liberty, Luke Berg. We preview who's running for State Sup. Ct. and hear from the candidates for WI Supt. of Public Instruction, incumbent, Jill Underly, and her challenger, Sauk Prairie School Supt., Jeff Wright. We hear from Eau Claire county Circ. Ct. Judge, Douglas Hoffer, regarding his candidacy and his veteran journalist, Julian Emerson, explains his support for Hoffer and updates us ahead of winter on the latest efforts to help Eau Claire's housing insecure. Finally, Mikaela Koval, explains the "Dancing in the Light" event she and her husband, Bryce, are hosting 12/7 from 5-8pm at Jacob's Well church for families who have a child(birth-18) living with a rare or complex medical diagnosis. The event is in honor of their daughter Kora's first heavenly birthday(12/4) after she passed this past May from a rare genetic disorder.
