Chippewa Valley This Week
First, Oct. 10th from 4-6pm at the Eau Claire public library several Chippewa Valley area business groups, the League of Women Voters & the Library are sponsoring a free candidate meet-and-greet to meet Assembly candidates from Districts 67-69 and 91-93. Secondly, Fierce Freedom Exec. Dir., Cat Morgan, invites people to attend their Oct. 18th "Empower Freedom" conference at The Pablo Center in Eau Claire. She previews the speakers and the day's proceedings. Finally, Dick Christian looks ahead to the next Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack of meals taking place at Peace Church in Eau Claire Oct. 25-26.
