At the start of a busy week and hoping to stop a recent skid in the win-loss column, the Macks (8-7, 2-5 Western Cloverbelt Conference) battled back and forth with the Falcons (10-4, 7-0 East Lakeland Conference), throughout the first half, as they trailed by a single point at the break.
After halftime, McDonell started to heat up, outscoring their opponent 44-16 in the second half and cruising to a non-conference victory.
WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch:
Senior forward Karson Galvez was one of four Macks in double figures, as he knocked down five threes and finished with 19 on the night. Fellow senior Cael Holm hit four triples of his own and ended with 12, a tally equaled by senior Mason Busse. Junior Brennan Loiselle-Christianson added 11.
