Who are the homeless in downtown Eau Claire? What are the issues and challenges they and businesses face? These and other matters were addressed by a great panel at the Eau Claire Chamber's July 19th Eggs & Issues event, which also included updates on a proposed Day Resource Center and Street Ambassadors for the downtown.
