12/16/25 Basketball: McDonell Lady Macks 72, Cadott 49

Back on their home floor, the Lady Macks (6-2, 4-0 Western Cloverbelt Conference) looked strong from the start against the Hornets (3-4, 0-4 WCC), but the visitors refused to go quietly into the night, riding hot shooting in the first half to stay within striking distance.

In the second half, Cadott made another run and came as close as a single possession, but McDonell's balanced offense and relentless defense proved too strong down the stretch, as the Lady Macks cruised to a sixth consecutive victory.

WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch:
Junior guard/forward Claire Ruf ended the night with a game-high 18 points, while junior forward Anne Siegenthaler finished with 14 and fellow junior forward Kelsey Bremness added 10.
