1/12/26 Basketball: McDonell Macks 67, Alma Center Lincoln 51

On the road to start a busy week, the Macks (7-3, 2-1 Western Cloverbelt Conference) fell behind by a couple possessions early, but then roared out ahead of the Hornets (6-3, 5-2 Dairyland Conference), who fell behind by 16 at the break.

In the second half, Lincoln made a push and came within single digits, bringing their crowd to life, but the Macks steadily rebuilt the lead and cruised to a non-conference victory.

WOGO "RadioActive" Award Watch:
Junior forward Brennan Loiselle-Christianson had an explosive first half, including a pair of dunks, and scored a game-high 21 on the night, while senior Cael Holm tallied all 12 of his points from beyond the arc. Fellow senior Karson Galvez was the third Macks player in double digits, finishing with 10.

Next, following Monday's announcement that the federal government had modified the CDC childhood vaccine schedule we hear from Dr. Ryan Westergaard, the Chief Medical Officer in the Wisconsin Dept. of Health Services Bureau of Communicable Diseases, as well as from Lieske Giese, Health Officer/Director at the Eau Claire City-County Health Dept. Finally, Mike Lee, the CEO of the Children's Museum of Eau Claire, talks about a very successful program they have going with more than a dozen local libraries to allow families to attend the Children's Museum for free.
