The Cardinals(4-2, 2-2) turned in a tremendous team effort in downing Superior(0-6,04) 54-27 in their annual Homecoming game.
The game featured some exciting and unique plays like a 2nd quarter blocked punt run in for a TD by Chi High Senior, Drake Daken. Also later in that quarter Senior, Ian Denning, recovered a surprise onside kick in a full sprint and ran it in for a TD.
Jackson Le May ran for 88 yards and 2 TDs on 7 carries. Tyler Behnke had 7 carries for 68 yards and a TD. Jackson Boland ran 5 times for 61 yards and Gavin Shilts had 5 carries for 41 yards rushing.
