Dr. Drew Kaminsky talked about the importance of taking enough Vitamin D supplements and his upcoming “Maximized Living Makeover” on Jan. 23rd; Nutritionist Karen Hurd began her ninth season on WWIB with her first couple, “You may have heard, but I believe…” issues. These included one on the necessity of taking food supplements “because our soil is so depleted we don’t have the necessary nutrients in our food.” The other had to do with Vitamin D. Plus, she took a few questions.
